PRP

(Platelet-rich plasma)

EXPLANATION

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy is an aesthetic enhancement treatment that harnesses the regenerating potential of the patient’s own blood. Injecting PRP is a truly effective anti-aging treatment.

The red and white blood cells, plasma and platelets used in PRP therapy are all natural components of human blood.

POST-TREATMENT

There are no risks of rejection or allergic reaction with PRP as the treatment uses the patient’s own blood. It is an autologous treatment. As the re-injected PRP is a product of the patient’s own body, it is recognized and assimilated as such.

TREATMENT

With PRP therapy (Platelet-rich Plasma) the individual patient’s own ability to regenerate tissue is used to improve their skin quality, reduce fine lines and generally enhance the texture and tone of the under eye area. Platelets naturally assist tissue in repairing and regenerating cells – they act as a rejuvenating matrix for the dermis. A sample of blood is taken from the patient before PRP treatment begins. This blood sample is first placed in a centrifuge to produce the needed platelet-rich plasma that will subsequently be injected back into specific areas of the skin.

PRP injections can be used for the face, neck and neckline. They are equally used in the treatment of hair loss.
Facial features are more harmonious, overall volume improved, skin is visibly smoother and more toned, the complexion more radiant.
PRP is truly an effective skin rejuvenation therapy.

PRP SESSIONS

A single session of PRP treatment will be enough to treat the entire face and the neckline. Visible results can be seen for 6 to 12 months.
